CNC routing can help you by saving hours of manual labor from cutting parts by hand or with small power tools such as routers, band saws, scroll saws and jig saws. If you need to cut simple to complex parts from sheet stock material made of wood, plastic and non-ferrous metals. Then we can help you achieve high production, tight tolerances, repeatability and quality.
Materials to be routed include; MDF, MDO, plywood, particle board, laminates, laminated cores, hardwood, acrylics, nylon, Sintra, Komatex, solid surface, ABS, other plastics, aluminum, copper, brass and other non-ferrous metals.
Common items include; cabinet parts, solid surface, arts and craft, POP displays, signage, plastic fabrication, custom templates, replacement parts, restoration work, millwork and much more.
We can work from most computer files, digital photos, hand drawn sketches, sample parts, etc...

Our pricing is simple, if you need one part or thousands we can customize a price for your needs. Typical pricing includes programming time, material cost and actual routing time. Most orders cost as little as $1 per square foot not including material cost. Let us quote your next project today.
